    Ventilation ducts are flexible, tubular conduits essential for supplying fresh air and exhausting hazardous fumes in confined spaces like mines and tunnels. Manufactured from high-strength coated fabrics, they are engineered to be flame-retardant, anti-static, and highly durable.

    These ducts are classified into two primary types based on their operating principle and construction: Positive Pressure (Forcing) Ducts and Negative Pressure (Exhaust) Ducts, each designed for specific ventilation roles.

Positive Pressure (Forcing) Ventilation Duct
This duct forces fresh air from the fan to the working face.

High Strength & Pressure Resistance: Withstands high fan pressure (e.g., up to 8000Pa) with minimal expansion, ensuring stable airflow over long distances.
Excellent Air-tightness: Features a seamless, pin-hole-free construction using thermal bonding, resulting in an extremely low leakage rate for efficient air delivery.
Versatile & Lightweight: Soft, lightweight material allows for easy handling and installation. Custom fittings (like elbows, reducers) are available.
Safe & Durable: Offers consistently high flame-retardant and anti-static properties, is resistant to moisture absorption, and ensures a long service life.

Negative Pressure (Exhaust) Ventilation Duct
This duct is designed to suction contaminated air from the working face.

Reinforced Anti-Collapse Structure: Integrated carbon steel spiral spring frame is thermally fused to the fabric, providing exceptional resistance to negative pressure without collapsing.
Superior Durability: The robust construction ensures high mechanical strength, minimal diameter shrinkage under suction, and excellent resistance to heat, cold, and aging.
Flexible & Efficient: Maintains a smooth internal surface for low wind resistance and can be bent freely around obstacles while maintaining a secure seal at connections.
