JD Series Dispatch Winch: Reliable Haulage for Underground Mining Operations

    The JD Series Dispatch Winch is engineered for efficient and dependable material handling in demanding underground environments. Primarily used for hauling mine cars and auxiliary transportation in coal mines or roadways with inclines under 30 degrees, it is also ideal for scheduling and marshaling cars at loading stations within working faces.

    Built to perform reliably under strict conditions, it operates in temperatures from -10°C to 40°C, at relative humidity up to 85% (at 25°C), and altitudes below 1000 meters, complying with safe limits for coal dust and methane.

    Its core transmission utilizes a robust two-stage planetary gear system with a floating mechanism for smooth reduction and power delivery.

    Precise control over lifting, lowering, and stopping is achieved by managing motor rotation and two independent brake bands. 

    A built-in depth indicator provides clear haulage monitoring. Featuring rolling bearings throughout its rotating assemblies, the winch ensures efficient operation with minimal maintenance.

    This winch delivers the durability, safety, and control required for continuous productivity in your mining workflow.

Features a substantial wire rope capacity of 400m to 650m and operating speeds from 1.033 m/s to 1.48 m/s for efficient transport.
