Product Description

NXZ Series Center-Driven Full-Bridge High-Rate Thickener
    This advanced, center-driven thickener utilizes imported technology for efficient slurry concentration (e.g., mineral concentrates, tailings, coal, chemical slurries). Its deep feed inlet and down-cyclone settling maximize high capacity (up to 2.5-4 m³/m².h) and efficiency.

     A multi-point hydraulic drive system provides robust, variable-speed torque with triple protection against overload, supporting large-diameter shafts. Integrated automatic flocculant dosing with static mixers and a novel feedwell ensure optimal particle flocculation and even distribution. 

    An automatic hydraulic rake lift/lower mechanism prevents bogging by adjusting to resistance. PLC control enables manual/automatic/remote operation and integrates instrumentation. Units range from Ø6m-Ø100m and can be customized or retrofitted for specific process needs.
