The motor is applied as the traction motor of explosion- proof battery locomotives of first-stage driving (once of speed variation)of Model

CYT8-6.7.9/110 and CTY8-6.7.9/132, and suitable forworking in workplace with methane and coal dust explosive mixture. The motor

outine shell applied of welded cast steel and steel plates is of high intensity. There is an inspection window on the motor base. Two brush

boxes are applied and it is convenient for operation and maintenance. Good insulation treatment is made on armature and stator coils for safe

and reliable operation. The motor has a high margin degree.
